Trucil Innovation sells digital products only — eBooks & audiobooks, movies & video, software & apps, online courses, and templates & digital assets. There is no physical shipping. This policy explains how you receive and access what you buy from TRUCIL INNOVATION LIMITED (RC 8453467).

1. Instant Access

Once your payment is confirmed, your products are made available immediately. You’ll see download or access links on your order confirmation page, and an email receipt is sent to the address on your order.

2. Your Account Dashboard

If you checked out with an account, your purchases and download/access links remain available in your account so you can return to them at any time.

3. Technical Requirements

You’ll need a stable internet connection and software appropriate to the product (for example, a PDF reader for eBooks, a compatible media player for video/audio, or the listed system requirements for software). Product pages note any specific requirements.

4. Access Duration

Downloadable products are yours to keep once downloaded. Streaming and course access is provided for the duration stated on the product page. We recommend downloading your files promptly after purchase.

5. Issues With Delivery or Access
