Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased from TRUCIL INNOVATION LIMITED (RC 8453467). Because our products are delivered digitally and accessible immediately, refunds are limited as described below.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund where:
- The product was not delivered (no working download or access link was provided), or
- The product is faulty, corrupted, or materially not as described, and you have not substantially downloaded, streamed, or accessed it.
Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. We may ask for details of the issue to help us resolve it (and, where possible, we will first try to fix or re-deliver the product).
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Products that have been successfully delivered and substantially downloaded or accessed.
- Online courses where a meaningful portion of the content has been viewed or completed.
- Products bought using a non-refundable promotional or bundle offer (where stated).
- Change-of-mind purchases once the product has been accessed.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email support@usetrucilinnovation.com or message us on WhatsApp at +234 802 967 3001 with your order number and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
4. Currency
Approved refunds are issued in the original transaction currency (NGN or USD) to the original payment method, in line with CBN guidelines for Naira transactions. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
